【工作职位】：房地产经纪 Real Estate Agent (内部招聘)

【语言要求】：英语流利，国语流利

【职位职责】：

- D* v; {; [# V6 F: K

• Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers

5 T+ k; }2 c. t; V- J

• Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring goodconduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficialunderstanding

• Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities todiscover the appropriate suggestions

• Advise property buyers and sellers on best practices andpricing strategies

• Track contract term fulfillment for properties

• Negotiate and prepare contracts prior to the sale or lease ofa residential or commercial property

• Attend property closings and ensure all contract terms are metby both parties

• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices

• Actively seek and solicit clients by promoting brand,networking, advertising and offering services to potentially interested parties

• Advertise and promote properties and the general brand inorder to attract clients and draw traffic to properties for sale or rent

• Real Estate license required

• 2+ years’ experience as a Real Estate Agent

• Ability to mediate disagreements between buyers and sellers

• Exceptional communication skills • Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office and processes

• Proven track record of sales
