+ p8 t k0 n& a7 a$ o• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email tounderstand their needs and pain points.
7 R# S3 E0 ?- b: ^$ h% X9 ]• Generate new leads and make sales appointments by meeting withclients and partners. 7 p/ r, b% ?, Q$ V
• Develop new HR related solutions for clients by partnering withdifferent universities / organizations, training institutions and individualmentors.
9 g. T# W) v3 J7 i* _0 n• Manage HR-related projects. • Work with the marketingdepartment to develop new sales strategies. $ W$ }# H" I- K {( R% X: Q
• Teach other sales consultants how to make sales to potentialcustomers. % E% r H$ _6 T4 l9 p
• Discover target markets and advantages of other companies, aswell as current industry trends.

• Establish and nurture relationships with past customers andpotential customers to facilitate sales.

• Min. 3-year experience in Sales, Account Management, orCustomer Service in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese(Mandarin / Cantonese).

• Consultative selling experience or team management experiencewill be an advantage.

• Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail. ' Q2 t9 y: } o& d3 x4 P# C. c
