Queensview Education is a leading private tutoring company, we are helping students from Grade 1 to Grade 6 in a variety of subjects including Art, Math, English and French by offering a fully personalized approach. + X, Y9 V% I5 G& z# I+ F rCurrently, we are looking for highly qualified Art, Math, or English tutors who are creative and able to produce enjoyable and positive learning experiences0 H! J' [3 l: r, a, Y

Responsibilities:9 b" r& V3 U% R- _
1.Grades 1 to 6 tutors are responsible for a group of 8 to 10 children virtually.
9 V/ r% Z6 C1 x1 C4 x8 `+ M& l2 n0 D8 S- {2.Experienced and educated in the background of tutoring/mentoring to be provided9 K: H- G; |; t( \
3.Accurately provide reporting regarding student progress as required. i1 u0 F* r) }+ e% q5 C+ Y, E
4.Familiar and Follow the updated Ontario Ministry of Education criteria.
% K0 [8 v& P w( k+ O$ }1 ^' s5.Develop and prepare teaching/tutoring materials and customized tutoring programs$ b r* A+ b! Z7 f) `
6.Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in handling students' needs.
3 `: M8 c( w- Q) Z) y& u7.Recommend the study books or teaching materials to class( j. P7 E% f2 j" S
8.Familiarity with using zoom or Google classroom
; S' H. J+ k$ c% p; ~0 G0 m9.Proven ability to work well independently
) {( N0 x7 X: p7 v3 }5 z! c10.Evaluate each student’s academic level and performance and provide a suitable class level.

1.Teaching certification of OCT is an asset

3.A demonstrated ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom. {" c; P$ x# G: [( b0 r! Q1 P
4.Tutors: Not Required, references and transcript as an asset' j r) Z3 t/ G( {) I) Z
5.Must be available 10-20 hours per week2 R: T! D4 s8 [' y# ?
