ONLINE Art or Math or English Teacher for Tutoring Grade1 to Grade 6 Students

Queensview Education is a leading private tutoring company, we are helping students from Grade 1 to Grade 6 in a variety of subjects including Art, Math, English and French by offering a fully personalized approach. # m, G/ ]$ ^9 R0 ]' ? zCurrently, we are looking for highly qualified Art, Math, or English tutors who are creative and able to produce enjoyable and positive learning experiences- f9 @5 U$ W- R* q m

Responsibilities:
4 p, n6 R' T. c5 }5 _1.Grades 1 to 6 tutors are responsible for a group of 8 to 10 children virtually.
$ T$ X3 x2 D) O# U, e |2.Experienced and educated in the background of tutoring/mentoring to be provided
0 `' X3 c9 I2 q- B3.Accurately provide reporting regarding student progress as required
) h' d1 k+ z3 ~* \$ S4.Familiar and Follow the updated Ontario Ministry of Education criteria.
% @3 S0 F: W2 h. u; Q" N% {8 S4 e5.Develop and prepare teaching/tutoring materials and customized tutoring programs% u" U; c+ s9 F
6.Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in handling students' needs.. k" N6 n9 k4 p5 ^; T/ ~
7.Recommend the study books or teaching materials to class, p1 O) y5 E N" K+ ?
8.Familiarity with using zoom or Google classroom
/ X8 y, Z% r2 F( T9.Proven ability to work well independently
& R% G& m- E X7 Y: m! W10.Evaluate each student’s academic level and performance and provide a suitable class level.9 L) j: z( O0 H, y2 p6 o

Education/Experience Requirements:
- ]" K0 E Z7 n( Y9 C& v7 }1.Teaching certification of OCT is an asset
" g9 a" R* E/ n( `2.1-2 years of teaching experience.% n. U& `( P% J& x+ g; K! ~# ^
3.A demonstrated ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom! I; H7 g& ^7 t
4.Tutors: Not Required, references and transcript as an asset d6 A/ ?( O7 ~5 O% S; k5 ^; |
5.Must be available 10-20 hours per week
