( ]/ i. c' W8 X. f& L# s5 V• Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive HR salesand knowledge.
, j, V! P' X3 }) ~8 M: z# O• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email tounderstand their needs and pain points.

• Develop new HR related solutions for clients by partnering withdifferent universities / organizations, training institutions and individualmentors. ) W3 I4 }% k# p: `' g3 }
• Manage HR-related projects. • Work with the marketingdepartment to develop new sales strategies.
1 `" O+ b" H r& ?• Teach other sales consultants how to make sales to potentialcustomers. $ f4 x2 L" M3 [* ]( @" |# u
• Discover target markets and advantages of other companies, aswell as current industry trends. 6 @5 u- g0 x% _- t# o. z
• Always look for new ways to make products attractive tocustomers.
% C. m+ k6 F& k, b• Establish and nurture relationships with past customers andpotential customers to facilitate sales. : j% d1 r$ r. r

• Min. 3-year experience in Sales, Account Management, orCustomer Service in a fast-paced environment. ! {* Z$ O, W) ^8 k8 O
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese(Mandarin / Cantonese).

• Consultative selling experience or team management experiencewill be an advantage. & R( o: i1 Y0 B- C/ y* M) V6 W
• Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to and manage frequently changing priorities. 5 r5 i! q' h" Q( A& ~) u
• Customer service orientation, be approachable. 0 I8 h+ |% \$ W9 h
• Demonstrate clear ownership & accountability for owndeliverables. Results oriented.

• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill,including the ability to make presentations. 7 @' q: f0 G% j; s) O
