! f$ F# L8 b+ {; ^# w, {• Maintainthe cleanliness and tidiness in Reception Area and common areas
7 Q M2 N6 U' R• PrepareOffice Notices when necessary
7 Y) G; t$ n1 }2 B% T; G% Y•Responsible for office supplies procurement

• Provideassistance for technical issues related to Customer Service phones

• Conductcustomer satisfaction survey

• Addresscustomer enquiries and resolve customer complaints.

• Usetelephones to reach out to customers, to verify account information, understandcustomer’s needs and promote our services.

• Min. 1year experience in Office Admin or Customer Service or Sales in a fast-pacedenvironment

• Goodcommand of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)

• Able todemonstrate high level of attention to detail and look for process solutions

• Abilityto adapt to and manage frequently changing priorities
