ONLINE Art or Math or English Teacher for Tutoring Grade1 to Grade 6 Students

5 ?! l( v/ I$ L. `. H+ o7 JCurrently, we are looking for highly qualified Art, Math, or English tutors who are creative and able to produce enjoyable and positive learning experiences

9 s/ l1 u: i1 m* I( nResponsibilities:
1.Grades 1 to 6 tutors are responsible for a group of 8 to 10 children virtually.
) \( m* ~9 Y4 x5 m9 ?2.Experienced and educated in the background of tutoring/mentoring to be provided
7 Z- ]6 F6 W2 E2 h$ z3.Accurately provide reporting regarding student progress as required
4.Familiar and Follow the updated Ontario Ministry of Education criteria.
5.Develop and prepare teaching/tutoring materials and customized tutoring programs
9 b% }$ d9 T# R5 x6.Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in handling students' needs.
9 S5 D9 Q% i: h' L; z& [7.Recommend the study books or teaching materials to class
4 a" a' o1 h, l8.Familiarity with using zoom or Google classroom
9.Proven ability to work well independently
10.Evaluate each student’s academic level and performance and provide a suitable class level.

Education/Experience Requirements:
) P6 W2 @6 A+ w; w) r3 }' x1.Teaching certification of OCT is an asset
2.1-2 years of teaching experience.
  R/ h( o1 S  h( _: b3.A demonstrated ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom
4.Tutors: Not Required, references and transcript as an asset
5.Must be available 10-20 hours per week
