ONLINE Art or Math or English Teacher for Tutoring Grade1 to Grade 6 Students

9 f" f+ X1 D7 s( j" q) ECurrently, we are looking for highly qualified Art, Math, or English tutors who are creative and able to produce enjoyable and positive learning experiences

Responsibilities:
, r9 V/ O4 Q8 v1.Grades 1 to 6 tutors are responsible for a group of 8 to 10 children virtually.
7 d7 S5 B* h( M0 [4 S2.Experienced and educated in the background of tutoring/mentoring to be provided
; H1 M5 P3 S! K$ a6 Q4 E) `2 u3.Accurately provide reporting regarding student progress as required
4.Familiar and Follow the updated Ontario Ministry of Education criteria.
5.Develop and prepare teaching/tutoring materials and customized tutoring programs
0 K+ ^  @. y! ]2 o6.Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in handling students' needs.
+ t( F) H0 N% A4 I7.Recommend the study books or teaching materials to class
8 X2 Q" L) A9 X6 q( I5 d8.Familiarity with using zoom or Google classroom
  f2 X( g* z9 M- U: h9 S- `2 S% `* @9.Proven ability to work well independently
% o! [& N! L' c9 X5 Q10.Evaluate each student’s academic level and performance and provide a suitable class level.

) E4 m" v* p8 \* H$ ^Education/Experience Requirements:
1.Teaching certification of OCT is an asset
2.1-2 years of teaching experience.
3.A demonstrated ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom
1 ]1 u% r/ Z8 s& x/ K3 u; z4.Tutors: Not Required, references and transcript as an asset
7 F& K4 Y# p$ @* i4 }6 F  K0 g6 {/ \* W5.Must be available 10-20 hours per week

Rate: $25/hr or Negotiable Based on Experience
