Position: HR Recruiter - Mandarin Speaking

Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare interview questions, job descriptions and other necessary materials
2. Create, develop and post job openings on job search websites
3. Analyze candidates' skills and qualifications, contact and establish appointments with prospective employees
4. Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
5. Recruit, interview and recommend suitable candidates to the client
6. Develop and send mass communications to reach prospective employees
7. Maintain, organize and update candidate/employee records
8. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards and regulations

Required Qualifications:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Highly organized with good planning abilities
3. Must have good leadership skills
4. Efficient in time management, good attention to detail and focused
5. Able to work under pressure and with deadlines
6. Fluent in Mandarin and English

Job Types and Schedule:
Full-Time, M-F 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Salary:
$17, EI/CPP
