- `' ], ^# q' J, g$ h/ E7 m" d• Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive HR salesand knowledge.
3 p F! Q- r+ L. \4 u• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email tounderstand their needs and pain points. - I$ b& P8 Y. Z* f
• Generate new leads and make sales appointments by meeting withclients and partners.
! I+ X! H: b6 H/ r3 y' g: s6 @: F• Develop new HR related solutions for clients by partnering withdifferent universities / organizations, training institutions and individualmentors. + P. h) v) b: r* a
• Manage HR-related projects. • Work with the marketingdepartment to develop new sales strategies.
# [! e" S& W3 D4 q" y _7 P E• Teach other sales consultants how to make sales to potentialcustomers. 4 _( p$ J3 K& c+ i( P& I
• Discover target markets and advantages of other companies, aswell as current industry trends. $ P) {( }( f, Z2 l; ~# D- @
• Always look for new ways to make products attractive tocustomers. 0 r2 I: K* C2 `& O: M' N
• Establish and nurture relationships with past customers andpotential customers to facilitate sales. 8 j# G; I, P3 ?% c

• Min. 3-year experience in Sales, Account Management, orCustomer Service in a fast-paced environment. 4 j4 D. C0 e! O/ c' B! t
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese(Mandarin / Cantonese).

• Consultative selling experience or team management experiencewill be an advantage. " M1 `/ @8 e, l6 v s1 K
• Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail. ' y) L$ E( }& w" Y, M' y
• Ability to adapt to and manage frequently changing priorities. ! Y& @/ N2 O& G/ |# ^! D
• Customer service orientation, be approachable.
