Queensview Education is a leading private tutoring company, we are helping students from Grade 1 to Grade 6 in a variety of subjects including Art, Math, English and French by offering a fully personalized approach. Currently, we are looking for highly qualified Art, Math, or English tutors who are creative and able to produce enjoyable and positive learning experiences

& v$ Z1 m" p0 e& `Responsibilities:
- M/ u4 p- Q% e4 T: _1.Grades 1 to 6 tutors are responsible for a group of 8 to 10 children virtually.
1 P+ y$ M2 k- E- f1 {& n. n2.Experienced and educated in the background of tutoring/mentoring to be provided/ F8 E4 P4 E. k1 Y% X5 ]( J
3.Accurately provide reporting regarding student progress as required
) W2 o% o: e! A: d; r* @! f- }4.Familiar and Follow the updated Ontario Ministry of Education criteria. o M" U: W2 f: H2 E1 x; h P
5.Develop and prepare teaching/tutoring materials and customized tutoring programs
e1 [& S' C( E6.Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in handling students' needs.4 F; H& ~5 Q1 J) r& l* X% |
7.Recommend the study books or teaching materials to class
" `0 |& r$ A; R7 z, {8.Familiarity with using zoom or Google classroom% R$ }" O& ]: {$ `6 g3 Q% h9 n
9.Proven ability to work well independently
8 ~( _6 R5 R8 k7 H* z3 x9 h/ X10.Evaluate each student’s academic level and performance and provide a suitable class level.

Education/Experience Requirements:# W7 w' K1 C0 e$ x9 s9 x
1.Teaching certification of OCT is an asset8 i- d) g+ V1 x- u+ ~9 N
2.1-2 years of teaching experience.9 q* B6 u# W, a6 F* M" ?" S
3.A demonstrated ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom
. g5 [0 D7 s% [4 x: V4.Tutors: Not Required, references and transcript as an asset
